  1. Can I make a reservation on line? No. You will have to call us with CC information to make a reservation
  2. What forms of payment do you accept?  We accept Cash, Visa, MC, Discover and American Express.
  3. Do you offer any discounts for Military or First Responders? Yes, there is a cash discount available to everyone, please ask.
  4. What happens If I have to cancel my reservation?  While the reservation fee is non-refundable, in most cases it will be held on file for 1 year to be used at a later date.
  5. What happens if I forget about my reservation and/or I am a no show? The reservation fee is forfeited and does not qualify for a company credit.
  6. Do you guys charge a security/damage deposit?  Yes. There is a $1000 security deposit for boats and $500 for each jetski rented. For example: if you rent 2 jetski’s the security deposit will be $1000. You can use a CC hold or cash for this.
  7. Do you offer any optional insurance (like when you rent a car)? Not at this time, there is no insurance available for Watercraft Rentals. The renter is responsible for any and all costs for damages (including theft) to our equipment. Renter is also responsible for any and all damages they may cause to any other people/equipment.
  8. Do I get the security deposit back? The security deposit is refundable as long as you have no outstanding charges, the equipment is returned in the same condition as it was when you took it out and you return at the designated time and place. You must also stay in compliance with all company rules and regulations. Overloading the boat and/or receiving an OUI is an automatic forfeit of the entire security deposit.
  9. How old do I have to be to rent? 21+ to rent any motorized equipment.
  10. Do small children and babies count for how many people are allowed on board? Yes. All humans count in the total. If your boat holds 10 people max then count all humans that will be on board.
  11.  Are your boats dog friendly? Yes, you are allowed to bring your fur babies. You will be responsible for any damage they cause to the equipment of course.
  12. What happens if I return the boat late? We charge $3 per minute late fee on each piece of equipment rented and returned late. The equipment may be reported stolen when you are over 60 minutes late.
  13. Where can I go on the lake?  You may travel all of Lake Havasu and, water levels permitting, up river as far as Pirates Cove.
