RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS: Any 1 or 2-hour jetski reservations are charged in full over the phone and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For full day and or ½ day rentals, where applicable, a $50 (per jetski per day), a $50 (per bungalow per day) and a $100 (per boat per day) reservation deposit will hold a jetski, bungalow or boat and this will be applied to your rental fee, the balance will be due on the first day of your rental. If you cancel anytime up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to your reservation date, 90% of your reservation deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within three days of your reservation will result in forfeiture of your entire reservation deposit. A security/damage deposit is required upon arrival paid with CC or Cash for all rentals. Your security/damage deposit will be voided/refunded providing there are no outstanding charges (i.e. fuel / merchandise) and or damage to the watercraft or bungalow, the maximum number of people allowed on the watercraft or in the bungalow was never exceeded and the watercraft is returned at the scheduled time and place. Currently all reservations are taken by phone only.

Holiday Weekend reservations (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee. Final rental fee balance will be due 7 days (1 week) prior to your reserved rental date(s). No refunds within 7 days of holiday weekend reservations.
