Reservation Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS: a $50 (per watercraft per day) and a $100 (per boat per day) reservation deposit will hold a personal watercraft or boat and this will be applied to your rental fee (non-holiday). If you cancel anytime up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to your reservation date, your money will be fully refunded (minus a $5 processing fee). Cancellations within three days of your reservation will result in forfeiture of your entire reservation deposit.   Holiday Weekends require a non-refundable deposit of $100 (per personal watercraft per day) and/or a $300 (per boat package). This will be applied towards your rental. Final rental fee balance will be due 7 days (1 week) prior to your reserved rental date(s). No refunds within 7 days of holiday weekend reservations.
The balance of your rental payment is due in full on the first day of your departure. A damage deposit of $350 ($500 on holiday weekends) for each personal watercraft and $700 ($1000 on holiday weekends) for each boat is required on the first day of your rental. This must be provided with a credit card or cash. Your damage deposit will be returned to you, when the watercraft or equipment is returned undamaged (in same condition as received) and filled with fuel.

  • Your MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card with the expiration date and name on card.
